Refund & Return Policy
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at shopmyjewels4@gmail.com.
