Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All jewellery orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your jewellery order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within United Kingdom.

Order Tracking: Once your jewellery order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged jewellery packages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
